Online OPD Registration

             Configuration of all 14 mentioned Modules is complete. First 08 Modules are partial functional and being used for Patient care in selected Departments of SGMH using existing Infrastructure and hired Computers and Printers.  Computers and  Printers has been procured. Connection of Internet Lease line from BSNL is under process. LAN Networking from server room to end users is under process. (PE is asked from PWD). Quotation from IT approved Internet Service provider  RailTel and PGCIL is asked for connection of Backup Lease Line.  
 
SGM Hospital is registered under ABDM (Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission).  
 
            Scan and share facility is functional at two dedicated OPD Registration Counters. It will be functional soon at all OPD Registration Counters (OPD/ IPD Registration). ABHA ID of Patients is being created at Registration Counters during 12pm to 2pm. Various initiatives have been taken to induce participation of Public to integrate with ABDM.

Online OPD registration facility is available and patient may generate OPD card directly through Department website www.health.delhigovt.nic.in upto 8.00 am for the current date and bring the print of OPD Registration slip generated to the hospital on the day mentioned on the card between 9.00 a.m. and 12.00 Noon and proceed directly to the selected speciality OPD and wait for their turn in front of any room for the speciality.

Facilities:

1. All facilities in this hospital are free of cost including ultrasound for OPD patients.

2. O.P.D. registration has separate queues for (a) male (b) female (c) senior citizen, freedom fighter, persons with disabilities patients & (d) Delhi Govt. Health Scheme beneficiaries.

O.P.D. Registration Timings:

Weekdays 7:30 A.M to 12:00 P.M.,

Saturday 7:30 A.M. to 11:00A.M

O.P.D. Timings of Doctors:

1. Working days 8:00 A.M onwards,

2. All Deptt. OPDs on daily basis (Monday to Saturday except Gazetted Holiday)

 

Investigation Registration Timing:

Weekdays 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 (Noon),

Saturdays 8:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M

Medicines Timing: All the medicines are given free of cost from hospital pharmacy and are usually given for three days but for illness, medicines are given for 15 to 30 days.

Diet for Admitted Patients: Indoor patient is provided all facilities free of cost with free food.

Ambulance Service:

Free Ambulance is available for referring needy patients to specialized hospitals.
